DinkFest – Only Dinking! – Registration Required – All Courts

Who: Club Members Only

Format: Only Dinking games! Registration is at 9 am. Games start at 9:30 am sharp.

This is a fun filled round robin event played at the non-volley zone (NVZ). Each game is a 7-minute timed game or to 11, whatever occurs first.

Each team consists of 2 players of balanced abilities.

The court is the NVZ. All rules apply the same as a full court pickleball game (e.g., serving, 2 bounce rule, scoring, line calls). If the ball lands outside the NVZ it is a fault. Taking a shot with a volley (no bounce) is allowed, provided your elbow does not go above your shoulder and the return must be in the NVZ area. Any ball touching the line is considered good, including on the serve.

NO SLAMS OR PUT AWAYS ALLOWED.

Partners will be assigned by random draw.  Pairing for both sessions will be drawn on February 1^st, allowing 2 weeks of practice with your partner.

1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd Place Awards will be presented.
